Melgaço received an investment of 12.3 million euros to create a New Generation Business Hosting Area for the production of photovoltaic energy and green hydrogen. The New Generation Business Hosting Area should be completed in 2025 with 2.5 hectares allocated to the production of photovoltaic energy.
